I've heard this so many times… You loved your teacher training, but now you feel lost at sea. You went from this amazing container and support system to being thrown in the deep end.

You prep for hours to create the perfect class and people aren't showing up. Your cues aren't landing, and you're questioning whether or not you should even be teaching.

Am I doing this right? Do people even like my classes? Is it my music? Are my sequences creative enough? I need to do more — add assists, learn more anatomy, more heat, less heat, more arm balances, less arm balances. The list goes on…

And the irony is, you can take every training and do everything “right,” and your classes still won’t fill up. Because the real problem is you're TRYING to be a yoga teacher, rather than being YOU teaching yoga.

Who this is for:

Open to all yoga teachers, new and seasoned. Whether you’re struggling to get started or perhaps feel like your teaching has plateaued. This mentorship will not only meet you where you are, but bring out the authentic teacher hidden within.

• How to connect with your students so they feel seen and held, increasing student retention and community.

• How to show up authentically so the right students can find you.

• Uplevel your processes for sequencing, building playlists, and applying anatomy.

• How to reduce teaching stress and anxiety so you can show up fully for your students.

• How to expand beyond teaching drop-in classes.

• The business of yoga and how to transition from hobby to career.

• And so much more. I’m distilling my thousands of hours of experience, education, and trial and error, into this program to give you all the tools and support I wish I had. This mentorship isn’t just about teaching, it’s about going deeper into yourself — and healing the wounds that keep you from becoming the teacher you’re meant to be.

Session Dates:

• Saturdays 12-4pm: April 25th, May 23rd, June 20th, July 18th, August 15th, and September 12th.

• Group sessions will be recorded in case you miss anything and so you can go back to review and refresh as needed.

What’s included:

• Each month we will have 1 group session (6 x 4 hours). Group sessions will include practice (both as a student and teacher), lecture, and discussion.

• You’ll also meet with me each month, 1:1 for personalized check-in and feedback (6 x 30 min).

• 1 class audit. Additional audits may be purchased separately.

• Community forum for ongoing discussion and growth.

• Opportunities to observe and assist my events and specialty offerings may be offered as well.
